Terms of business
Your order that is placed with us is subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
We will send you an email to acknowledge your order as soon as possible after the order is made. This email will include the confirmation of the goods ordered. However, this email is not a proof of order acceptance from us. When we dispatch your items, we will send another email to you confirming the dispatch of your items. This email will be our formal acceptance of your order.
We aim at sending order acknowledgement and order acceptance emails as soon as possible. We also aim at ensuring that these emails are legible and uncorrupted. However, we cannot guarantee that you will receive these emails.
In cases where we cannot fulfil your order, we will inform you via email and issue a refund. There are several potential reasons (although not limited to the examples provided). We might not be able to fulfil your order if:

We will not be liable to you for any losses or damages if we cannot fulfil your order. However, we will issue a refund for payment made. Payment will be processed at the time of the order being place, however, this does not constitute our acceptance of the order.
If you change your mind after placing the order but before we dispatched your item(s), please contact us as soon as possible with your contact and order details. We will assist you in any way that we can. If part of the order is cancelled, postage and packaging fee will be recalculated on the price of the goods that you keep. This might affect your delivery charges.
If you change your mind after your order is dispatched, but within 14-day period, you can return your goods. This is subject to our return terms and conditions. We encourage you to review our returns policy before placing the order and a returns request. If you are eligible for a refund, repair or exchange, we will assist you in any way that we can. The costs of return postage lie with the customer. Appropriate postage insurance level needs to be selected when returning the item.
