Why was my order cancelled?

It sometimes happens that we have to cancel your order. If your ordered piece is out of stock, we will always inform you as soon as possible and issue a refund. We will try to offer a similar piece, if possible, but you do not have to accept this change and can always choose a full refund.

It also sometimes happens that your payment does not go through and we are unable to reach you despite our efforts. If you decide that you still wish to make that order, you can simply repeat your order after cancellation or contact us for assistance.

We will always try to reach you via email or by phone to sort out any issues that might have risen.

My payment got interrupted, but now my item is shown as out of stock and I cannot order it, why?

When you are in your payment step of placing an order, any items that are in your cart are on hold for 60 minutes. If your payment got interrupted or cancelled, the items that you wished to order may not be truly out of stock, but on hold. You can try waiting and ordering again after those 60 minutes or you can contact us by phone or email and we will sort this out for you manually without the need to wait. If the items got out of stock before the payment step, it might be possible that someone else already purchased those items before you. In any case, if such an issue occurs and you would still like to order, please contact us and we check item availability for you.

Delivery

What are your delivery options?

For deliveries within Lithuania, delivery via a pickup point costs 2.99 euros for purchases under €49 and delivery via a courier or a bus station costs 4.99 euros for purchases under €99. Delivery via a pickup point is FREE when spending €49 and over, and delivery via a courier or a bus station is FREE when spending €99 and over. Pickup from one of our local stores is FREE for all purchases. Applicable delivery fees are shown automatically in cart and checkout pages when delivery address is entered.

Applicable delivery fees are shown automatically in cart and checkout pages when delivery address is entered. If your delivery address is not within the European Union, additional import and customs fees might be applicable, but these possible fees are not in our control and will have to be sorted independently directly with your home country customs.

How long does delivery take?

Estimated delivery time is 2-5 working days within Lithuania. However, we use external post and courier services and, unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that unforeseen circumstances will not affect the delivery. Please give enough time for the order to arrive and order well in advance of any important occasions. For urgent orders, please contact us directly and we will do our best to delivery as quickly as possible. International delivery time varies between countries, but we aim to dispatch all our orders within 1 or 2 working days.

How often do parcels get lost?

We get this question from time to time regarding safety of parcel delivery and possible parcel loss. We have regularly sent orders within all of Lithuania as well as to other countries via pickup points, couriers and via bus stations for quite a few years now. We have never experienced a situation, when an order is lost during delivery and not found. Therefore, we think that this risk is very low.

We have experienced a situation, when order delivery was delayed by a day or two, due to a human error of not picking the parcel up from the distribution center. However, the parcel was never lost since available information on its location was always correct.

If it ever happens that your order parcel gets lost, we will work on solving this issue ourselves together with the delivery company used.

Jewellery

Are your pieces real and 100% silver or gold?

All our silver pieces are manufactured from 925 silver. These items are not just plated but truly made from 925 silver. 925 silver consists of 92,5% silver, with the remaining 7,5% being other metals that make items durable and wearable as jewellery. Without these additional metals, silver pieces would not last as jewellery items. The most common addition is copper.

Typically, our silver jewellery is additionally coated with a layer of rhodium, which helps silver pieces to retain their usual colour and make them more durable. This is a very expensive metal, so jewellery is not manufactured solely from rhodium. It is only used in plating silver and white gold jewellery. Silver jewellery that is yellow or rose in colour is made from the same 925 silver and then additionally coated with a layer of yellow or rose gold.

All our gold pieces are made of the specified purity gold. These are not gold-plated pieces since such jewellery is classified as silver and such information is indicated in item description. Various gold purity is used in the world of jewellery, but we currently offer 14k (i.e. 585) gold jewellery and a small range of 9k (i.e. 375) gold jewellery. Gold purity is always indicated in item description. Purity of gold does not depend on its colour.

More information about gold purity and colour is available here.

All of our pieces meet European Union standards and safety regulations. By law, in Lithuania all pieces have to be checked and hallmarked in an independent Assay Office. In some countries, this applies only to pieces that are above a certain weight. However, in Lithuania, this applies to all gold and silver jewellery, regardless of weight. Therefore, we guarantee the indicated purity and safety of our jewellery. All of our pieces are free from harmful additions such as nickel or cadmium, otherwise they would not pass the independent inspection in the Lithuanian Assay Office.

Will your silver jewellery stain my skin?

Sometimes it happens that silver jewellery leaves dark stains on one’s skin. Those marks are usually easily washed with water and soap, but might be aesthetically unpleasant. Our skin produces moisture and various particles in that moisture have the potential to react with the silver alloy that one’s jewellery is made of. It is likely that this reaction is related to copper that is added to stabilise silver. 925 silver is made from 92,5% silver and 7,5% additional metals to make the items more durable. If this happened before, it is possible that this issue will re-occur, although not necessarily. Factors such as health issues, lifestyle and cosmetics used affect what our skin releases. Because these factors are not constant, this reaction may or may not occur again.

Most often this is a temporary aesthetic issue and a simple cleanse helps. It is also recommended to choose silver jewellery that is rhodium plated (almost all of our silver jewellery is). It should also be noted that these dark stains are not the same as allergic reactions. If one is allergic, then some rashes or patches of irritated skin may appear. In such cases, it is recommended to discontinue wearing that piece of jewellery at least until the skin calms down. If staining becomes unpleasant or silver causes allergic reactions, it would be advisable to consider other types of precious metals. This happens rarely, but is possible. We are all different and like not all of us tolerate different types of foods or contact with different types of textiles in the same way, not all of us tolerate contact with different alloys the same.

All of our jewellery is inspected in an independent Assay Office to guarantee that it meets safety regulations, defined by the European Union as well as Lithuanian law. Our pieces do not contain any harmful additives and are nickel free and cadmium free.

Will my silver jewellery get dark?

925 silver jewellery can change its colour, depending on the environmental factors, and this is completely normal. It is not recommended to store silver items in damp environment. It would be advisable to have a dedicated jewellery box or use jewellery bags for storage to protect the pieces. We also recommend avoiding contact with chemicals (e.g. cleaning solutions, cosmetics, etc.). It would be advisable to take jewellery off when cleaning one’s kitchen or bathroom if harsher chemicals are used. There is also a saying that jewellery is the last thing on when getting ready and the first thing off at the end of the day, which lessens its contact with any cosmetics you use. With everyday wear, jewellery pieces simply get dirty as anything else that is worn. Using professional cleaning cloths made for silver will assist with maintaining and restoring its original shine.

Will my jewellery look same as pictured?

Please note that there might be slight variations in colour tone due to differences between devices used to view the images. Please also note that images are enlarged to provide a clear view of item’s details. Images might not reflect actual measurements of the item. Therefore, we recommend to always check the dimensions specified in item’s description before purchasing. Also, all our jewellery is handmade, which makes them prone to minor variations. However, indicated item weight is always accurate and strictly monitored. We always try to present our pieces as accurately as possible and we are always open to your questions. If in doubt, please contact us. In case our jewellery does match what you pictured or meet your expectations, we accept exchanges or returns within 14 days (our return policy is available here).
